BWF Cadres Become Anti-Virus Fighters in Communities

At the critical moment when Beijing is fighting against the COVID-19 resurgence, the Leading Party Group of the Beijing Women's Federation (BWF) has attached great importance to epidemic prevention and control work and assigned Party members and cadres to support the front line. Twenty cadres, in two groups, have been sent to work at community level.

 

Li Jiang (L) of the Party Committee of the Beijing Women's Federation works at Siyuanting Community, Zhongcang Sub-district, Tongzhou District, assisting community workers to deal with residents’ problems in their health codes and answering questions about epidemic prevention and control policies.

 

Yan Yan of Beijing Women's Development Research Center helps install door sensors for home quarantined residents at Siyuanting Community, Zhongcang Sub-district, Tongzhou District.

 

Zhang Shengyun (R) of BWF’s Department for Family and Children's Affairs assists in the guidance, registration, order maintenance, and green channel management of the five nucleic acid testing sites at Guangwainan Community, Shuangjing Sub-district, Chaoyang District. She has helped more than 200 people solve problems with health codes, and guided nearly 10,000 people for nucleic acid testing.

 

Gong Chao of Social Work Department has rich work experience at community level. He can undertake the nucleic acid testing work. He has completed the tests for 264 people in 89 households at Building 17 of Laizhen north neighborhood.

 

Fan Chen of the Beijing Women and Children Service Center assists in distributing and transporting anti-epidemic supplies to various nucleic acid testing sites at Bakeyang Community, Jinsong Sub-district, Chaoyang District.

 

Cui Jiana of Beijing Women Cadres School is responsible for the guidance and order maintenance at the nucleic acid testing site at Wanshou Road No. 8 Neighborhood, in Haidian District.

 

The cadres working in communities will obey the arrangements, actively take responsibility and work closely with community staff and medical workers, completing each task with high efficiency and high quality, and living up to the original intention and mission of the Party members.
