Beijing Women's Federation

The 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was held from June 27 to 30, put forward guiding principles, goals and key measures in economic and social development during the next five years. It laid a solid foundation for the development of Beijing and drew up a roadmap for women's federations at all levels to make more achievements in the new journey and play a better role in driving the development of the city in the new era.

Women's federations, at all levels, in Beijing have convened special meetings to convey and study the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, unify thinking and action of Party members and cadres on devoting themselves to fulfilling tasks set by the municipal Party congress, and greet the convocation of the upcoming 20th National Congress of the CPC with concrete actions.

Dongcheng District

 

A meeting is held by Dongcheng Women's Federation to promote the learning and publicity of the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

The Leading Party Group of Dongcheng Women's Federation recently held an enlarged meeting to publicize the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC. In her speech at the meeting, Lyu Hui, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Dongcheng Women's Federation, said that all staff members of the federation should fully understand the importance of the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, strengthen the efforts to help women from all walks of life grasp the spirit, decisions and policies made by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPC, unite and lead women to promote the high-quality development of the district.

 

Xicheng District

 

A meeting is held by Xicheng Women's Federation to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

Xicheng Women's Federation held a meeting among all its Party members on June 30 to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC. In her speech, Wang Dan, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Xicheng Women's Federation, said that staff members should earnestly study and understand the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, follow the decisions and policies endorsed by the congress, continue to be a caregiver for all women, uphold the security and stability of Beijing, and comprehensively enhance the sense of gain, happiness, security and identity of women.

 

Haidian District

 

A meeting is held by Haidian Women's Federation to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

Members of the theoretical study group of the Leading Party Group of Haidian Women's Federation attended a meeting on July 1 to study and implement the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC. In her speech, Wu Hongrong, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Haidian Women's Federation, said that the federation will take the learning and implementation of the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC as a primary political task now and in the future, align with the building of a modern district, promote the implementation of the national outlines for the development of women and children between 2021 and 2025, and facilitate the high-quality development of women and children’s causes.

 

Fengtai District

 

A meeting is held by Fengtai Women's Federation to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

Fengtai Women's Federation held a meeting among all its officials and cadres on July 1 to study the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC and a district-level conference. In her speech, Dong Mingyue, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Fengtai Women's Federation, called on women's federations in the district to comprehensively and earnestly study and grasp the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, rally strength around consensus, work on all targets outlined by the city and district with new measures, unite and lead women to make new achievements in the building of a modern socialist country in all respects.

 

Mentougou District

 

A meeting is held by the Leading Party Group of Mentougou Women's Federation to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

The Leading Party Group of Mentougou Women's Federation held a meeting on July 4 to study the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC and specify measures about how to carry out relevant tasks. In her speech at the meeting, Liang Zengxia, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Mentougou Women's Federation, said that women's federations at all levels in the district should fully grasp the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, unite and lead women to take part in all theme campaigns designed to facilitate the high-quality development of the district, and greet the convocation of the upcoming 20th National Congress of the CPC with concrete actions.

 

Tongzhou District

 

A meeting is held by Tongzhou Women's Federation to convey the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC.

 

Tongzhou Women's Federation recently held two meetings focusing on the learning and implementation of the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC. Fan Shuling, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and President of Tongzhou Women's Federation, called on women's federations in the district to take part in the implementation of the spirit of the 13th Beijing Municipal Congress of the CPC, specify the implementation of the targets outlined at the congress by all officials and executive members of women’s federations, and promote the building of a sub-center in the district with concerted efforts.
