Founded in November 1949, Beijing Women's Federation is a mass organization of women from all walks of life and of all nationalities in Beijing, and also a local organization of All-China Women's Federation.

Beijing Women's Federation practices an organizational system combined of 16 district (county) women's federations, 147 street women's federations, 182 town women's federations, 2719 community women's federations, 3941 village women's federations, and 18 women's groups and 6 seminars.

Represent and safeguard women’s rights and interests, and promote the equality between men and women. Undertake the task of uniting, educating, representing, serving and mobilizing the women in the capital.

Zhang YajunSecretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Beijing Women's Federation (BWF)
Responsibilities:
Manages the general work of the Leading Party Members' Group and the federation, and guides the work of BWF's women's development department and the Office of Beijing Working Committee on Children and Women.
Wei JiangDeputy secretary of the Leading Party Group, Vice-President and an inspector of the Beijing Women's Federation
Responsibilities:
Manages the work of personnel, primary-level women's federation building, Party building, labor union and retirees.
Guides the work of BWF's organization department, primary-level organization building department and Party committee (Party-building work department).
Manages and guides the work of Beijing Women Cadres' School.
Tan HongMember of the Leading Party Members' Group of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Manages the work related to communications, exchanges and the united front.
Guides the work of BWF's liaison department.
Manages and guides the work of Beijing Women's International Center.
Zhao HongweiMember of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Deals with general coordination, and work related to women's studies, fund management, publicity and family and children's affairs.
Guides the work of BWF's general office and departments of publicity and family and children's affairs.
Manages and guides the work of Beijing Women's Research Center. Guides the work of Beijing Women and Children's Development Foundation.
Chen YanpingMember of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Manages the work related to women's rights protection, women's federations' participation in social development and women's social organizations' development.
Guides the work of BWF's legal and social affairs departments.
Manages and guides the work of Beijing Women and Children's Service Center.
Zhou JingFirst-level Inspector of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Assists in BWF President's work and responsible for the work of women's development, regional cooperation, poverty-alleviation collaboration and pairing assistance.
Liu LingSecond-level Inspector of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Assists in BWF President's work and responsible for the implementation of the programs for women and children's development.
Li XiangfuSecond-level Inspector of the BWF
Responsibilities:
Assists in BWF President's work.
Manages work in BWF's Jinsong office area, and assists in the work of ensuring full and strict governance over the Party.
Wang JingdongVice-President of the BWF (part-time)
Responsibility:
Guides the work of BWF's department for primary-level organizations building.
Gao YuanVice-President of the BWF (part-time)
Responsibility:
Guides the work of BWF's publicity department.
Ma YanVice-President of the BWF (part-time)
Responsibility:
Guides the work of BWF's legal department.
Wang YiVice-President of the BWF (part-time)
Responsibility:
Guides the work of BWF's publicity department.
Bao BingVice-President of the BWF (part-time)
Responsibility:
