Lin Qiaoling, Board Director and a senior engineer of Green Garden Group (Recommended by the Women's Federation of Fengtai District)

Lin Qiaoling, born in August 1982, is of Han Nationality and holds a bachelor’s degree. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the Chairman and a senior engineer of Green Garden Group. With 19 years of experience in garden flower technology, Lin has successfully led Green Garden Group in transforming from a traditional planting company to a high-tech group enterprise with a comprehensive industry chain of garden flowers. She has spearheaded the cultivation of ecological saving-type plant varieties and holds 37 national invention patents. Notably, she established the first “National Standard Demonstration Area of Ecological Conservation-Type Perennial Plants” in China. Under her leadership, the company has provided floral services for significant national events, such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the 70^th National Day Anniversary, the 100^th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, and the Olympic Games. Additionally, Lin has focused on training skilled talents, promoting modern agricultural skills among rural women and creating employment opportunities for women facing challenges. Her contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the National May Day Women Model, the Medal of March 8^th Red-Banner Pacesetters of Beijing, the Labor Model of Beijing and Master Craftsman of Beijing.
