Xu Yuan, Director and Chief Scientist of the Strategic Research Center at Qiyuan Laboratory. She pioneered a “computable ethics” as a pathway for translating ethical principles into technical implementation, with a particular focus on addressing national security risks in the AI domain and the modernization of response capabilities.
