Jian Jun, Chairwoman of IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd. In the 1990s, surgical treatments were the more widely recognized approach to skin repair in China, with imported products dominating the market. After observing the development of skin repair materials abroad, Jian Jun returned to China in 2004 and founded IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd. Focusing on the research and translation of biomedical soft tissue repair materials, the company obtained approval in 2009 for China's first Class III medical device product based on sodium hyaluronate. This was followed by seven additional Class III medical device products, filling gaps in the domestic market and replacing imports.

In 2020, she led the company to be listed on the ChiNext board, and it rapidly grew into a leading enterprise in the industry. She has guided the company in undertaking and participating in two national key R&D programs of China, one open-bidding project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and three Beijing-level research projects. She has been instrumental in the establishment of the Natural Science Foundation of Beijing (NSFB)–Changping Innovation Joint Fund, contributing the company’s advanced industrialization resources to facilitate the translation of scientific and technological achievements.

Jian Jun is deeply committed to public welfare. Under her leadership, the company donated RMB 5 million to the “Xinmei Mom” program of the China Population Welfare Foundation (CPWF), an initiative that provides charitable support for women of childbearing age and contributes to building a fertility-friendly society. Through her relentless innovation and a sense of responsibility, she exemplifies the outstanding professionalism, forward-looking industry vision, and deep social commitment of a new-generation female entrepreneur.
