Yu Min is the General Manager of Human Resources Operations at Sina Corporation, as well as the General Manager of Human Resources, a member of the Party Committee, and Chair of the Women’s Federation at Sina Weibo. She is primarily responsible for the comprehensive construction and optimization of the HR operations system and serves as a strategic HR partner for business units. Since founding the Weibo Women’s Federation in 2021, she has actively advanced women-focused initiatives, launching the innovative “Her Power” Career Sharing Forum, establishing support groups that provide career planning and psychological support for female employees, and promoting improvements in mechanisms for the selection and advancement of women’s talent.

Aligned with the company’s ESG strategy, Yu Min has developed the “Happiness Sina” Employee Care System, enhancing corporate support across three key dimensions—career, family, and well-being—while setting a benchmark for women’s development in the internet industry. She has led the Women’s Federation media network and assisted in All-China Women’s Federation’s “Heroic Women” Lecture events, helping achieve a single-event livestream reach of 250,000 viewers. She also played a key role in driving the nationwide campaign themed “Celebrating Together: National Mass Wedding”, which surpassed 1.02 billion views across platforms. In addition, she established the “Online Red Women’s Force” initiative, pioneering a new model of government-enterprise collaboration.
