On July 22, the Pony.ai Future Mobility Experience Center in Beijing E-Town was filled with joy and laughter as more than 60 participants gathered for the launch ceremony and inaugural event of the 2026 “Warm Beijing, Warm You” Family Cultural Tour for Emerging Sectors, organized by the Beijing Women’s Federation. The participants included 22 families from emerging sectors and representatives from the women’s committees of Beijing E-Town and various sectors such as transportation, accounting, and online literature. Zhao Hongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group, Vice President, and Level 1 Bureau Rank Official of the Beijing Women’s Federation, attended and addressed the event.

The launch ceremony kicked off with a touching singing performance entitled “Bloom Along the Way” by children. Their innocent and heartfelt singing expressed the happiness, confidence, and vitality of families in emerging sectors, earning warm applause from the audience. During the event, Beijing Life Insurance donated 2,000 “Love Her” insurance products—tailored for women in emerging sectors—to provide an extra layer of protection for female professionals working in these fields. This marks the third consecutive year that Beijing Life Insurance has extended its support to women in emerging sectors. Following the donation, representatives from four families jointly unveiled the four itineraries planned for this cultural tour.

After the ceremony, guided by docents, the families visited the Pony.ai exhibition hall to learn about the history and future trends of autonomous driving. They also took part in test rides, experiencing the technological appeal of intelligent mobility firsthand.

Participants noted that the journey, themed “Embracing Technology, Beginning a Cultural Exploration,” not only broadened the children’s horizons but also sparked their interest in learning. They expressed hope that the seeds of exploration planted today would take deep root, inspiring the next generation to contribute to technological advancement and social progress in the future.

In recent years, guided by Party building, the Beijing Women’s Federation has continuously expanded the organizational and functional coverage of women’s federations in emerging sectors. Through its “Warm Hearts” Initiative for new sectors, the Federation has established caring service spaces known as “Yigangwan (Warm New Corners)” and launched the Beijing Warm “New” Code platform. By focusing on ideological guidance, service support, role model cultivation, and capacity building, the Federation has further united and empowered women in emerging sectors.

In 2026, the cultural tour series has been specially designed with diverse themes and itineraries for families in emerging sectors. Activities include exploring cutting-edge technology at autonomous driving exhibition halls; discovering urban transformation at Beijing’s sub-center, exploring cultural landmarks, and learning about canal culture; embarking on a marine exploration journey at ocean culture museums and discovering the mysteries of marine life and maritime culture; and visiting leading technology enterprises to experience their innovation journeys firsthand.

Through a series of parent-child cultural experiences, the program aims to provide caring services for families in emerging sectors, promote family harmony, and encourage women in these sectors to leverage their strengths, contributing their wisdom and efforts to the high-quality development of the capital.
