On November 18, Huang Xiaowei, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), stressed in a recent activity the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, urging to further study and implement the spirit and to uphold Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Huang urged to learn and draw strength from the major achievements and historical experience of the Party over the past century.

 

Huang also asked women to uphold the leadership of the CPC, conscientiously unify their thoughts and actions into the spirit of Xi's important speech and the plenary session, and implement it into all aspects of the work of women's federations.

Huang went to enterprises, communities and buildings and interpreted the significance and main spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. She asked woman to have a deep understanding of "established Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and defined the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which are the most important political achievements since the 18th CPC National Congress and of decisive significance to the development of the Party and the nation in the new era. They are also significant in the historical process of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. When Huang visited Weibo and Xiaomi, two enterprises with obvious characteristics of new technology and new business forms, she encouraged female employees to devote themselves to scientific and technological innovation, to pursue self-improvement, and strive to build great causes, advocate good social trends and pursue dreams. They should contribute their strength to China's second centenary goals. When visiting Gaomidian Street and Jiugong Town of Daxing District, Beijing, Huang urged women's federations to uphold the people-centered philosophy, focus on family education and good family traditions, provide services to women and their families as needed, and safeguard the rights and interests of women and children.

At a meeting, Huang had in-depth exchanges with cadres of grassroots women's federations, as well as women and family representatives. She stressed that studying and implementing the spirit of the Party plenum is an important political task for the current and future period. She stressed that all should have a deep understanding of the significance of the major achievements and historical experience of the Party over the past century, and further study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the plenum. They should also further strengthen their consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership, enhance confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, resolutely uphold Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and uphold Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

 

Huang also urged them to stay true to their original aspiration and always follow the leadership of the Party, and take practical actions to give full play to the political role of women's federation, fulfill their political responsibility, and unite and lead woman to achieve remarkable results for the coming 20th CPC National Congress.
