To comprehensively study, publicize and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and make full use of the role of women's federations in bridging the Party and women from all social sectors, the Grassroots Organizational Building Department of Beijing Women's Federation (BWF) has launched a special plan for assisting grassroots women's federations in creating their brands for organizational building work. This is in response to actual work and problems found in previous investigations. So far, the brand-building work has entered into the middle stage of implementation.
