2023 ZGC Forum: Sub-forum on Women’s Sci-tech Exchange to Kick Off in Beijing

A sub-forum on womens science and technology exchange, a regular activity of the 2023 Zhongguancun Forum, will be held in Beijing from October 12 to 13 under the theme of "the Empowerment of the New Era and the Future of Intelligence." Under the guidance of the Office of ZGC Forum, the sub-forum is sponsored by Beijing Womens Federation, Beijing Association for Science and Technology and Beijing Academy of Science and Technology (BAST). The two-day sub-forum is an important academic event during the 26th Beijing Sci-tech Exchange Month.

The sub-forum will focus on the development of the artificial intelligence sector, and involve a wide range of activities associated with academic exchange, sci-tech innovation of youth, the commercialization of research results and the promotion of the spirit of dedication to science. Organizers invite Chinese and foreign experts to exchange views on frontier issues and intend to forge consensuses on sci-tech innovation and promote the utilization of sci-tech findings as well as the popularization of sci-tech knowledge. The event will consolidate and expand the achievements made by the first sub-forum on women in sci-tech innovation of ZGC Forum, pay close attention to the need for new growth engines and strengths in the high-quality development of the capital city, and deepen the communication among women scientists in key research fields.
