Care for Professional Females and Build Communication Platform to Promote Accord Development of Women’s Life and Work

"Sharing Session of Chinese and American Professional Females’ Excellent and Balanced Work and Life” held by Beijing Women’s International Exchange Center started in a warm atmosphere at the night of November 28, 2013. Female representatives from education, finance, media, medicine, information and science & technology and other sectors like gathered together and listened to the lecture interpreting woman’s life course through The Inner Canon of Huangdi given by Chinese Medical Specialists. In the meanwhile, America’s professional females understood the role of gratefulness culture in building harmonious family relationship, received beauty makeup guidance from beauty-specialists, shared views of internally and externally refined beauty, and spent an unforgettable time together.
Moreover, Liaison Department of Beijing Women’s Federation, Beijing Women’s International Exchange Center, members of Beijing Women Professors' Association and representatives of the 11th Chinese Women Congress were invited to the female leadership development and innovation activity held by IBM with the theme of “Taste Changes, Lead the Spirits of the Times”.
Through above activities, the Women’s Federation had an in-depth understanding on the demands of modern women and definitized its work direction. Under the background that Beijing is marching toward the international metropolis, Beijing Women’s Federation will further strengthen the connection with women from all walks of life, innovate work methods, enrich activity connotations, care for professional women, gather the strength of women, and become the “mother home” trusted by Beijing women from all walks of life.
