Beijing Women's Federation organized several women's organizations in Beijing to submit written statements to the 48th regular session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), as a member unit of the Beijing NGO Association for International Exchanges. The organizations shared Beijing's experience regarding family education, women's employment, education empowerment and legislation, and advocated the shared human values of peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy and freedom.

This move was expected to provide a Beijing solution for safeguarding and promoting women's equal access to rights. This helped enhance the international influence of Beijing's women's organizations.
