To implement the spirit of the 11th Chinese Women Congress, give full play to Women’s Federation under the new situation and manage to become the “warm home” of Beijing women, considering the changes and challenges of work concerning Beijing women, Beijing Women’s Federation broadened the work channel actively, went into grassroots and enterprises, built communication platforms, paid more attentions to the actual demands of professional females, held multiform activities, and promoted the accord development of professional women’s life and work.
In the morning of November 27, Beijing Women’s Federation received friendly the Congo Labor Party Delegation with Andre Masamb, Deputy General Secretary of Congo Labor Party as the head of the delegation. The Labor Party is the governing party of Congo (Brazzaville). Main purpose of visit was to consolidate and strengthen the relationships with Chinese Communist, and to exchange experience of Party construction, state governing as well as youth and women work.
In the morning of November 23, 2013, “Reading and Watching” – capital family reading and international culture promotion activity held by Beijing Women’s Federation and Capital Library of China in Children’s Hall of Capital Library of China came to a successful end after lasting for two months.
