A family-based activity was held on September 19 at the Beijing Olympic Tower to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Beijing Women's Association for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Compatriots and Overseas Chinese held its seventh general assembly in Beijing on September 25. Some 100 members of the association attended the event, during which the work report of the sixth board of directors was deliberated and adopted. New members of the board of directors and board of supervisors were elected. Pansy Ho Chiu-king was elected as president of the association and Zhong Jin was elected executive vice-president.
